Promoting the Sexual and Reproductive Health of Youth in Foster Care
This training takes places Friday, March 23, 2012, 10:00AM-noon at the Center for the Vulnerable Child, 5275 Claremont Avenue, Oakland. Caregivers, child welfare, and health professionals will:
- Learn about the sexual and reproductive health of youth in foster care
- How to address challenges and barriers to promoting their sexual and reproductive health
- Consider approaches to communicating with teens about sexual and reproductive health topics
- Discuss policies or program practices that can improve the sexual and reproductive health of youth.
