California Adolescent Health Report Cards
California’s strategic plan on adolescent health identifies 27 indicators to track changes in adolescent health status over time. In collaboration with the National Adolescent Health Information and Innovation Center at UCSF and the California Department of Health Services, Maternal and Child Health Branch, the CAHC has begun releasing annual report cards on these 27 indicators.
